The fine distillates gathered a rapid following in national and international tastings and won many international certificates: the international Destillata award or the Tyrolean National Award

Our region is unique

  • Even at 1200m altitude, our climate is unusually mild – so much so that Virgen is called “Eastern Tyrolean Meran”
  • The combination of warm days and cool nights gives our fruit trees what they need to produce their special aroma – you will taste it with every sip of our products!
  • We do not try to improve nature – only natural fertilisers are used – nothing else!

Add to this the soft, clean spring water coming directly from the mountains around us – and it is no wonder our distillates are of the highest quality.
